Dear Author, My first concern in this newsletter is to
thank all the authors who helped us with paper reviewing. Our recognition for
their precious help will be acknowledged by posting at the conference site a
list of the names of all the ICEE 2007 reviewers. We would like to call your attention to
the following issues, which are of essential importance at this stage of the
preparation of the Conference Proceedings: [1]
You must upload the last version of your paper before June 18. To do this, please go to the submission
page, at http://web.dei.uc.pt/~icee2007/openconf/openconf.php, [2]
In this last version of your paper you must now include the name,
affiliation(s) and email address(es) of the authors. [3] All
papers must be submitted in MS Word format. This is a restriction of our
workflow for the production of the Proceedings that we cannot avoid. Any
papers not satisfying this format will have to be excluded from the
Proceedings. [4]
When re-writing and improving the final version of your paper, please make
sure that you take into account any pertinent recommendations from the
reviewers. [5] At
least one author of each paper must register before June 25. For your
registration, please go to http://icee2007.dei.uc.pt/registration.htm. [6] All
authors must fulfil a Transfer of Copyright Agreement, SIGN IT, and SEND IT
to the Conference Secretariat, either by conventional airmail, by fax
(+351.239.798.703), or as a scanned or digitally signed attachment to a
message addressed to icee07@dei.uc.pt. The Transfer of Copyright Agreement is
available at http://www.ineer.org/Events/ICEE2007Info/Transfer_of_Copyright_Form_ICEE2007.pdf PLEASE NOTE THAT. A. All the papers satisfying the above
requirements will be published in the Proceedings. B. All papers will be the object of oral
presentations (to make sure that all
presentations have identical status we have decided to exclude poster
presentations). C. Unless session organization requires
otherwise, the expected time for each presentation will be 20 minutes. D. We are now working on the detailed
organization of the sessions and will make it available at the conference
site as soon as possible. We look forward to meeting you in
