Dear Author, Although we are still waiting for final
information from some authors, we are making available at the ICEE 2007
conference site the the provisional Parallel Session Schedule , so that you can know at what
time(s) you will be speaking. To facilitate you navigation in this
schedule, it may help you to notice that there are 11 periods overall
reserved for parallel sessions. These periods are pink colored in the Provisional Program . During each one of these periods, up to
eight sessions (A, B, C, ... H) will occur in parallel. The designation for
each session begins with a letter describing the day of the week (M - Monday,
T - Tuesday, W- Wednesday, R - Thursday, F - Friday). In each day there are
up to three periods (1, 2, and 3) reserved for parallel sessions. Thus, for
instance, session W2H occurs on Wednesday, September 5, in the 2nd period of
the day reserved for parallel sessions (from 11:00 to 12:30), and session R2B
occurs on Thursday, September 6, in the 2nd period of the day reserved for
parallel sessions (from 14:00 to 15:30). Everything is running smoothly, and the
more we get near to September 2 the more we envisage a great conference!
