THE FINAL VERSION OF YOUR PAPER. We don't want you to be anonymous any more. Now that paper reviewing is finished, we need your name(s), affiliation(s), and email addresse(s) in your paper. Lots of final versions are being uploaded without this information, and we cannot accept them! YOUR REGISTRATION. We are receiving the confirmations that many of you have already paid for registration, but you are forgetting to send the registration form available at http://icee2007.dei.uc.pt/Registration%20form.doc. You must complete ONE registration form PER PARTICIPANT and send it by e-mail attachment to reg_icee07@dei.uc.pt or by fax to +351.239.798.703. DEADLINE FOR EARLY REGISTRATION. Please notice that the deadline for early registration is June 25 and that at least one author per paper must register until that date for manuscripts to appear in the Conference Proceedings. I take the opportunity to recall some additional important points: 1] You must upload the last version of your paper before June 18. To do this, please go to the submission page, at http://web.dei.uc.pt/~icee2007/openconf/openconf.php, press Re-Upload Paper, enter your Paper ID and your password, and upload the paper. [2] All papers must be submitted in MS Word format. This is a restriction of our workflow for the production of the Proceedings that we cannot avoid. Any papers not satisfying this format will have to be excluded from the Proceedings. [3] When re-writing and improving the final version of your paper, please make sure that you take into account any pertinent recommendations from the reviewers. [4] All authors must fulfil a Transfer of Copyright Agreement, SIGN IT, and SEND IT to the Conference Secretariat, either by conventional airmail, by fax (+351.239.798.703), or as a scanned or digitally signed attachment to a message addressed to icee07@dei.uc.pt. All the papers satisfying the above requirements will be published in the Proceedings. B. All papers will be the object of oral presentations (to make sure that all presentations have identical status we have decided to exclude poster presentations). C. Unless session organization requires otherwise, the expected time for each presentation will be 20 minutes. D. We are now working on the detailed organization of the sessions and will make it available at the conference site as soon as possible. E. In order to help you plan your trip, more information on How to Get to Coimbra, including transportation Lisboa/Coimbra and Porto/Coimbra (train fares and timetables, and motorways) is now available at http://icee2007.dei.uc.pt/accomodation.htm.
