We would like, however, to call your attention to a few points that seem to be still requiring the attention of some authors: [1] There are still some submissions that do not comply with the instructions provided. Some of them do not follow the template; others fail in the format and length of the abstract; others have the wrong format for the tables; others do not comply with the referencing conventions. A few of them are just abstracts!... So, please give a final look at the format of your paper, (see [3], below) bearing in mind the recommendations of Newsletter Nº 1 and Newsletter Nº 2. [2] Some authors seem to be having trouble in uploading the papers. Please ignore the "keycode required" field, which is only for the reviewers. For the online submission of your paper you just have to do as follows: (a) Go to http://web.dei.uc.pt/~icee2007/openconf/openconf.php, (b) Select the option “Re-Upload Paper”: (c) type in your paper “Paper ID”, type in your “Password”, and browse for the Word document you prepared with your full paper: (d) Conclude by clicking the “Upload Paper” button at the end of the form: [3] To confirm that your paper has been correctly uploaded, go to http://icee2007.dei.uc.pt/openconf/openconf.php again and select "View Paper".
